Standard Service:  Equipment is inspected and cleaned on a scheduled basis.  If a beverage system needs service, please notify us at (615) 255-9490 or (888) 524-5822 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Emergency Service:  Kahlua Bay provides emergency service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For emergency service issues, please call (615) 255-9490 or (888) 524-5822.

Service is provided to customers who have a Kahlua Bay installed beverage system and are actively purchasing Bag in Box beverage products.

Delivery Terms and Conditions:

Order fulfillment is subject to inventory availability.

Payment Terms: Cash or Check on Delivery.  Terms are available upon credit application approval.  Returned checks will incur a $35 processing fee.  Accounts past due will be charged a late fee of $35 per month.  Terms payments must be received on or before the due date or will be considered past due.

Return Policy:  Returns accepted with authorization for credit only – no refunds.  Returned items must be received within 5 business days.  No used, obsolete, or outdated merchandise accepted.  All returned items must be full cases in the original packaging and in sellable condition.  Credits must be used within 30 business days.

Delivery:  Orders are delivered within the published scheduled route.  Unscheduled deliveries are subject to approval and will incur a fee of $25.  Order minimum for delivery is $100.

Fuel charge: A minimal fuel charge is added for delivery and is subject to change without notice.
